It was established in 10 March 1905 and founded by Ken Bates. It was taken over in June 2003 and its current owner is Roman Abramovich (Russian billionaire).

Cadbury
It was established in 1824 and founded by John Cadbury. It was taken over in January 2010 and its current owner is Kraft Foods.
