Ask your family or friends if they know of anyone who will do arrangements at cost. Make sure you sit down with the florist and design your bouquet. Letting them design the other arrangements are not as important. You can save a lot of money by being present for the bouquet design. Research the flowers that are in season during your wedding and those that aren't. If a flower isn't in season it is going to cost more and be harder to find.
4. Pictures- Pictures can be the most important part of your wedding. Again one of the best tools to finding a quality photographer at a great price is word of mouth. Search wedding blogs and albums and see what style you like. Chances are there is a local amateur that can shoot exactly what you want for half the price. Be clear on how much time you want him shooting and what primary photos you would like taken. Photographers will work well with you if you communicate with them.
5. Invitations- There are plenty of ways to spend a lot of money when it comes to invitations. Sometimes simple is the best when it comes to areas like this. You can save a lot of money just by an elegant and simple design choice. Be practical when decided on invitations. Don't settle for something you dislike, but work directly with a provider to find something that you can be happy with.
